We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OB/GYN Physician to join our team in Effingham, Illinois. This position offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary of $300,000 and an attractive $100,000 recruitment package. Physicians who are Board Eligible or Board Certified are encouraged to apply, including those completing residency in 2027 and 2028. This role provides an opportunity to practice in a comprehensive OB/GYN setting with strong mentorship and the potential for partnership.

Compensation and Benefits

Year One Recruitment Package:

• $300,000 guaranteed base salary
• $50,000 signing bonus
• $50,000 retention incentive over two years
