These terms cover the JobSearch Hub, our ebooks and our one-on-one recruiter sessions. By creating an account or buying anything, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Hub.
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. You need your own account. Please do not share it. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
The Hub gives you job-search tools: job matching, tailored résumés and cover letters, interview research reports, practice interviews and networking help. No verbal or written promise or guarantee of any job or employment is made or implied. You decide where to apply, what to send and what to accept.
VSG is also a recruiting firm that employers pay to fill jobs. Applying for a job through VSG is always free. Buying from the Hub is never required to be considered for a job we recruit for, and it never affects our recommendations to employers.
Velo, the Hub's assistant, is artificial intelligence, not a person. It can make mistakes. Read and check everything it writes before you use it, especially facts, dates, titles and numbers. Velo is told to use only what you tell it about yourself and never to invent experience. You are responsible for making sure anything you send to an employer is true.
Our interview reports use public information we find online. They may be incomplete or out of date. Pay ranges in our reports are general market information, not an offer, a target or advice on what to ask for.
When you talk with Velo by voice, we keep a written transcript, not the audio. By starting a voice session you agree to this. If anyone else is with you during a voice session or a recruiter call, you must have their permission before the session starts.
You can cancel any time under Plans & Access in the Hub, or by emailing care@velocitysearch.net. You keep your plan until the end of the month you already paid for. Then your account moves to Free, and your documents stay available. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
When you buy an ebook or workbook, you get a personal license to read and use it yourself. Each copy is marked with your name. You may not share, resell, post or copy it for anyone else. © Velocity Search Group. For personal use only. Not for distribution.
Sessions are $75 for 30 minutes and $150 for 60 minutes. You pay in the Hub, then pick a time. Rescheduling and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A session is advice, not representation, and it does not guarantee a job.
What you upload (résumés, notes, job descriptions) stays yours, and so does what the Hub writes for you. You give us permission to store and process it to run the Hub for you. We do not sell your information. Our Privacy PolicyTerms of ServiceRefund Policy explains how we handle it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close a paid account without a good reason, we will refund the unused part of the month.
The Hub, our reports' design, our ebooks, guides and the VSG and Velo names belong to VSG.
We work hard to make the Hub useful and accurate, but it is provided "as is." We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, VSG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost wages or job opportunities. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
Before filing anything, please email care@velocitysearch.net so we can try to fix it. These terms are governed by Georgia law, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Georgia.
We will post changes here with a new date and email paid members about any important change at least 30 days before it applies.
