As the clinic grows, additional PT and PTA support will be added, creating opportunities to develop a collaborative care model while maintaining strong PT involvement in patient care. As one of the founding clinician, this Physical Therapist will also have the opportunity to:
Help establish clinical workflows and treatment processes
Contribute to the development of the clinic's standards of care
Help shape the clinical culture and patient experience
Grow alongside the practice as additional clinicians are hired
Pursue future advancement opportunities into Lead PT and/or Clinical Director roles
The owner and administrative team will provide operational support, allowing the Physical Therapist to remain primarily focused on patient care and clinical responsibilities.
