Physical Therapist (DPT Preferred)

Outpatient Orthopedics | Balance & Vestibular | Pearland, TX

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + Up to $5,000 in Bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

A brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist who wants more than just another staff PT position.

This is an opportunity to become a foundational member of a growing practice where your clinical expertise, ideas, and leadership will directly influence the future of the clinic. Designed around evidence-based care, realistic scheduling, and therapist well-being, this practice allows clinicians to spend more time delivering exceptional patient care—not rushing through high-volume treatment schedules.

If you're looking for autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, professional growth, and the chance to help shape a clinic, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

  • Quality over quantity: Provide individualized, one-on-one care with realistic caseloads of 10–12 patients per day, allowing you to focus on patient outcomes rather than productivity.

  • Clinical autonomy with strong support: Enjoy the flexibility of a locally owned practice while benefiting from nationally recognized treatment systems, evidence-based rehabilitation resources, and ongoing continuing education.

  • Leadership and career growth: Help shape a brand-new clinic with opportunities to mentor future clinicians, develop specialty programs, and grow into senior clinical or leadership roles as the practice expands.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $90,000–$110,000 annually (Salary-based, not productivity or visit-based)

  • Up to $3,000 annual performance incentive

  • Potential $2,000 sign-on bonus

  • $1,000 annually for CEUs, license renewal, and approved professional development

  • Financial support may be available for specialty certifications that align with clinic growth

  • 10 days of PTO annually

  • Annual reviews for compensation and PTO based on performance and clinic growth
