General (Regional) Manager (Manufacturing/Distribution / #1 Role)

GENERAL (REGIONAL) MANAGER (Manufacturing / Distribution / #1 Role)

(Salary $150 - $200K, 25-50%+ real bonus potential, full P&L and team responsibility, attractive culture and entrepreneurial work environment)

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.) 

Position responsibilities include:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
• Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
• Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree 
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience
• Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
• Full P&L experience
• Excellent leadership, management and people development experience
