Finance Manager
The Role
We’re looking for a Finance Manager who enjoys being a true business partner. In this newly created position, you’ll work closely with the CFO, turn financial data into clear insights, and help guide smart decisions across the company. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting financial close, risk management, and compliance. This role blends accounting know-how with analysis, collaboration, and problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
Monthly breakdown:
Week #1 – Financial close, reporting, journal entries, typical accounting reports, etc.
Week #2 – Follow up with all questions with month close, commission calculations, what risk/what opportunities does our client have as a business, customer analysis, what things are they doing or should be doing to expand the business.
Week #3 & #4 – All types of projects using Power BI to analyze business, etc.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. MBA or Master's in Accounting preferred. CPA a plus.

7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience

Strong Excel skills using pivot tables, data analytics and building dashboards.

Strong Power BI experience a MUST
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

FPA analytics, modeling and reporting. Ability to present complex data in simple written and narrative formats
- Ability to influence others with date and analysis

Background working with audits, controls, and compliance

ERP experience a plus. Business operates on Accumatic ERP software.
