Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager – Nonprofit
Our nonprofit legal client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Controller to take ownership of financial reporting and accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own monthly financial reporting and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports
- Oversee general ledger and accounting processes
- Ensure accurate nonprofit fund and grant accounting
- Partner with the CFO and take day-to-day financial reporting responsibilities off their plate
Requirements:
- Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Controller-level experience
- Nonprofit accounting experience required
- Strong financial reporting and month-end close background
- Excellent Excel and accounting systems skills
