Location: La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon)
Compensation: $280K - $300K+ per year

You’ll join a high-functioning Urgent Care team equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and on-site imaging at a growing Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients of all ages for non-emergent illnesses and injuries
- Perform standard UC procedures, including suturing, splinting, I&Ds, and foreign body removal
- Utilize on-site state-of-the-art equipment to interpret X-rays and EKGs for rapid patient disposition
- Work alongside a dedicated team of nurses, techs, and support staff to maintain efficient patient flow
- Serve as a vital access point for healthcare in a rural community, ensuring patients receive timely treatment without the ER wait
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited school.
- BC/BE in Family Medicine (FM), Emergency Medicine (EM), or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Active, unrestricted State Medical License
- Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Very competitive, total compensation opportunity ($300k+) which includes:
- Annual quality incentives up to $45k
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold
