Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned to your clients’ business outcomes and long-term transformation goals.
- Oversee successful delivery across a global, integrated delivery model, partnering closely with project and program leadership.
- Serve as a senior advisor to client executives, guiding business and technology transformation initiatives, product roadmaps, and digital strategies.
- Shape solutions and scope, including pricing, engagement models, operating structures, and resource plans, and ensure a smooth transition from pursuit to delivery.
- Own revenue performance and profitability for a portfolio of manufacturing accounts, while expanding wallet share and cross-selling end‑to‑end services.
- Lead sales activities across the account lifecycle, including qualification, RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, presentations, and deal closure with new and existing clients.
