Civil / Geotechnical Engineer - Geotech & Construction Materials Testing

Looking to launch your geotechnical engineering career? We're recruiting on purpose a Civil / Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing Geotechnical and CMT teams in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Civil Engineer who enjoys a mix of field work and office-based engineering.

What You'll Do

• Assist with geotechnical investigations, soil borings, and site explorations
• Perform construction materials testing (soil, concrete, and asphalt)
• Review field and lab data with guidance from senior engineers
• Help prepare geotechnical reports and engineering recommendations
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients
• Spend approximately 80% of your time in the field and 20% in the office

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT certification (or actively pursuing it)
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
• Geotechnical or construction materials testing internship/experience is a plus
