Our client, a leading management-side labor and employment AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation experience who is interested in handling sophisticated employment matters in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing
3-8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience
Significant experience in employment litigation, including matters in state and federal courts
Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environments
Experience gained at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred

Key Responsibilities

Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, from inception through resolution, including single-plaintiff and complex disputes
Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings
Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies
Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary Range: $200,000 – $315,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
