Our client, a leading management-side labor and employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Los Angles office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced associate to work on sophisticated employment matters for a diverse client base, including complex wage and hour, PAGA, and class action litigation. The role offers meaningful responsibility, client interaction, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, high-performing employment law team.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing
- 4-7 years of substantive labor and employment law experience

Significant experience handling wage and hour, PAGA, and class action matters, including matters in state and federal courts
- Strong background advising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience is required.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environments
- Comfortable with and open to using AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply them effectively to boost efficiency, improve client service, and enhance legal work output
- Prior large or sophisticated law firm experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary Range: $270,000 – $315,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
