Position Summary

Our practice is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care practice in Holiday, Florida. This position offers a competitive base salary of $270,000–$300,000 and the opportunity to practice in a value-based primary care model focused on quality, prevention, chronic disease management, and long-term patient outcomes.

Schedule / Lifestyle

• Outpatient-only practice
• No nights

Compensation / Benefits

• Base salary range of $270,000–$300,000
• Relocation and/or sign-on bonus opportunities

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• New graduates welcome
• Active or eligible Florida medical license
• Comfortable practicing in an outpatient primary care setting
