CNC Setup / Operator
Our client is a long-established, stable precision manufacturer entering a significant period of growth in the Menomonee Falls area. They are adding people across their manufacturing operations and creating opportunities for experienced machinists as well as people who want to continue developing their skills.
This opportunity is geared toward CNC machinists who can do more than operate equipment — setting up and running CNC machining centers and/or lathes, working from prints and setup information, selecting tooling, producing first pieces and making adjustments necessary to consistently produce quality parts.
The work may include:
Our client is looking for people who bring solid machining experience, but not every machinist has followed the same path. Experience with different machines, controls, tooling, materials, tolerances, setup responsibilities or programming may create opportunities at different levels.
The company offers multiple schedules, overtime opportunities for those who want additional hours, continued skill development and room to take on greater technical responsibility as the operation grows.
If you know CNC machining, we'd like to understand what you can do and what type of opportunity works for you. Tell us about your experience and the schedules you'd consider — there may be more than one way you fit.
