Our client, a stable, profitable, and innovative long-term care pharmacy in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is expanding and seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join its experienced team!

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee the accurate and timely dispensing of medications to long-term care facilities.
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to resolve medication questions and provide clinical guidance.
Participate in IV and TPN preparation.
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient daily operations.
Help maintain high standards of quality, safety, and patient care.
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
Active Iowa pharmacist license or ability to obtain licensure.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Dependable, self-motivated professional with a commitment to exceptional patient care.
Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred, but not required!
