Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians for multiple openings at an advanced manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN. Positions are available across multiple shifts and will support either production equipment OR facility/utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing OR facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, compressors, pumps, piping, chillers, wastewater, and electrical equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems.
• Follow all safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.

Requirements

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.
• Flexibility on shifts is preferred.
