Project Manager – K-12
Location: Dayton, OH (Columbus, OH candidates welcome)
Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 + Bonuses (Negotiable based on experience)
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Project Manager to oversee K-12 construction projects. You will have the autonomy to work independently while managing multiple projects concurrently and driving them to successful completion.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple K-12 construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date construction schedules.
- Communicate effectively with owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesmen.
- Work independently to solve problems and keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry.
