Core Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Licensure: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Skills: Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.
