Essential Duties & Responsibilities
This combined role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage maintenance operations while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in electrical, hydraulics, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision with expertise in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, pumps, and control systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and blueprints.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a maintenance team.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
