Key Responsibilities:
- Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other types of funds employing alternative investment strategies.
- Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
- Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients.
- Contribute to the firm's expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development.

Competitive compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $260,000-$390,000, commensurate with experience, along with a generous bonus structure.
