A prestigious AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a skilled and driven Associate Attorney to join its highly-regarded Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Litigation Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly respected team representing lenders, creditors, landlords, and debtors in complex restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters. The practice encompasses both litigation and transactional restructuring work, providing attorneys with exposure to a broad range of distressed situations, enforcement actions, workouts, and bankruptcy proceedings.

 


 

Candidate Profile

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent lenders, creditors, landlords, debtors, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency-related matters
  • Handle loan workout negotiations, restructuring transactions, and distressed asset matters
  • Manage creditors' rights litigation, including loan enforcement actions, receiverships, and foreclosure proceedings
  • Draft and negotiate workout agreements, restructuring documents, pleadings, motions, and related legal filings
  • Advise clients on insolvency, restructuring, bankruptcy, and risk management strategies
