Our client, a nationally recognized and rapidly expanding law firm platform, is seeking accomplished Junior Partners and Partners across a broad range of practice areas to support the continued growth of its national footprint. This opportunity is ideal for entrepreneurial attorneys seeking a collaborative environment, sophisticated resources, and the ability to expand and strengthen their existing practice while maintaining a high degree of autonomy.
The firm is actively interested in candidates from virtually all practice areas, with the exception of criminal defense, plaintiff-side personal injury, and family law. Qualified candidates will join a collegial partnership dedicated to delivering sophisticated legal services across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
- 5+ years of substantive legal practice experience
- Qualified candidates may be considered at either:
- Junior Partner Level: 5-7 years of practice experience
- Partner Level: More than 7 years of practice experience
- Experience practicing at an Am Law firm, Magic Circle/Silver Circle firm, Law360-recognized firm, respected regional firm, sophisticated boutique law firm, government agency, or senior in-house legal department
- Demonstrated expertise within a recognized practice area
- Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities
- Portable book of business of $350,000+ required
- Established reputation for providing exceptional client service and legal counsel
- Strong leadership, communication, and practice management skills
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in expanding and developing a thriving practice
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow an existing legal practice while delivering exceptional client service
- Represent clients in complex legal matters within your area of expertise
- Develop and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities for continued growth
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters
- Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal professionals where appropriate
- Participate in business development, networking, and industry engagement activities
- Contribute to firm leadership initiatives and long-term strategic planning
- Leverage firm resources, technology, and platform capabilities to enhance client service and practice growth
